Course Objective
To analyse the principles of the Criminal Procedure Law
Course Content
Intraduction to law of criminal procedure and history; sources of criminal procedure and interpretation; scope of criminal procedure; conditions and principles of criminal procedure; organization; subjects of criminal procedure;acts of criminal procedure; evidence in criminal procedure.Measures of protection in criminal procedure; legal remedy; special criminal procedures; application of corrective measures
Course Learning Outcomes
- Sort the operation of a criminal proceedings.
- Define the criminal procedure law.
- Explain the the criminal procedure authorities.
- Make assessment of the subject of criminal proceedings.
- Define the terms of the criminal proceedings.
- Make assessment about types of evidence, methods of obtaining evidence, protective measures and their compliance of the law.
- Comment on legal remedies.
- Analyze the process of investigation and prosecution stages.
- Learning the criminal trial process
