Course Objective
The aim of the course is to explain the basic information about suretyship and guarantee contracts, to state the differences between them and to discuss the theoretical and practical problems encountered in these contracts.

Elements of suretyship and guarantee contracts, parties, subject matter and current problems encountered constitute the content of the course.
