Course Content
Within the scope of this course, first of all, the concept of commercial enterprise will be concretized and the legal transactions that are the subject of the commercial enterprise will be examined in the example of commercial enterprise transfer. Subsequently, the concepts of commercial business and merchant, which constitute the other two pillars of commercial enterprise law along with the concept of commercial enterprise, will be evaluated and the legal consequences connected to them will be examined in detail.

Course Learning Outcomes
- Ability to explain the basic principles of commercial law
- Understanding which provisions will be applied in a commercial dispute and their order
- Ability to compare the concepts of commercial enterprise and tradesman enterprise
- To be able to explain the legal positions of dependent and independent merchant assistants and the differences between them in terms of their relationship with the merchant.
- Ability to evaluate the principles and legal consequences of unfair competition
