HUK 366 - Expropriation Law

Expropriation is one of the procurement procedures of the Administration. Administration expropriate when it is necessary. Procedures to be followed by the administration for expropriation. Disputes between administrative and private law persons under expropriation to be taught to students. These disputes both the administration and the private legal person between the expropriation process as well as disputes arising from the expropriation value.

This course covers the basic principles of expropriation, the elements of the administrative process as an administrative procedure, the expropriation procedures, the right of the owner to withdraw the expropriation, the administration to give up the expropriation, the establishment of the easement of the administration by expropriation, the non-expropriation, the disposal of land by means of land and land arrangement, Article 18 of the zoning law includes the implementation.
