Course Objective

Determining the legal nature of the concept of disciplinary sanction, examining the basic principles of disciplinary law, determining the procedural rules and types of disciplinary sanctions of the disciplinary investigation, explaining the procedural rules to be followed in order to make criminal penalty about the officer, determining the legal nature of the dismissal measure.
