Course Objective
This Course aims to present contracts that are not set out under the Code of Obligation and with which students will have to deal in their professional life and to grant students to ability to draft such contracts and resolve any dispute arising therefrom.
Course Content
Unnamed contracts will be presented, the ways of interpretation and fulfilling lacunas therein and the termination thereof shall be explained, thereafter, exclusive distribution contract, management contract, franchising contract, factoring contracts, leasing contact and guarantee contracts will be briefly presented.

Course Learning Outcomes
- In line with the foregoing purpose; when dealing with a dispute arising out of an unnomed contract, any student who have passed the Course, will have capability to understand such dispute and to apply the law, including interpreting the rules and fulfilling the lacuna in law or contract
