Course Objective

It is aimed that students have sufficient knowledge about lawyer and notary law.

Course Content

Attorneys and notary professions, the definition and characteristics of these professions, the rights and obligations of lawyers and notaries, the operations of bar associations and notaries are the content of this course.

  1. Learning lawyers' rights and obligations in the context of legislation and case law
