Course Objective
With this course, students learn the basic structure of ordinary partnership, which is the basic partnership structure in our law; to dominate the establishment, operation and termination of the ordinary partnership and to dominate the discussions on the related subject.
Course Content
Turkish Code of Obligations m. 620 and the continuation of the ordinary partnership in terms of establishment, relations between partners, the relationship with third parties and the examination of the termination of the partnership and discussions on these issues are the content of the course.
