Course Objective
To illustrate public procurement law conceptually and institutionally, to teach and practice administrative law principles and codes.
Course Content
General information about the purpose and content of the course; Giving information about the method of disposal; Presentation of materials about the course to the students, concept of public procurement, development of public procurement law, judicial review.
Course Learning Outcomes
- Define Public Procurement Law as a concept.
- Explain the features of Public Procurement Law.
- Will be able to explain the procurement procedures in the Public Procurement Law.
- Applies the constitutional and legal principles affecting Public Procurement Law.
