Course Objective

To provide students with knowledge about the basic concepts of comparative law, to raise awareness about law unification studies and other legal orders

Course Content

The content of the course consists of the relationship between comparative law and other branches of law, the functions of comparative law and its functions, the method of comparative law, the history of comparative law and its development in our country, factors evaluated in differentiation of law circles, Latin Law Environment, German Law Environment, Scandinavian Law Environment and AngloAmerican Law Environment.

  2. Students gain knowledge about different legal disciplines
