Course Objective

 

It is aimed to examine the provisions brought by the misdemeanors law, to reveal the differences from the criminal law, to determine the sanctions imposed on the misdemeanors and the regulations that will cause problems in practice.

Course Content

The content of the course, the provisions brought by the Law on Misdemeanors, the distinction between offenses and misdemeanors, the area of ​​application of the Turkish Criminal Code with regard to misdemeanors and sanctions against misdemeanors.

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. Detailed information about the distinctions between crimes and misdemeanors is obtained.
  2. The application area of ​​the Turkish penal code in relation to misdemeanors is learned.
  3. The sanctions applied to misdemeanors are learned in detail.
