Course Objective
The aim of this course is to explain sources, emergence and formation of islamic law. The main objective is to provide basic knowledge about islamic law by clarifiying overall structure. Thus, the students have a comparative legal inference.
Course Content
General Islamic Law, Isslamic Public Law, Islamic Private Law, Islamic Law in Comperative Law.
Course Learning Outcomes
- Evaluate islamic family law and law succession issue.
- Define the belonging concepts of the law of obligations in Islamic Law.
- Have knowledge about codification studies of Islamic Law.
- Analyze in the area of personal law in Islam.
- Have knowledge about the sources of islamic criminal law and islamic criminal proceedings.
- Makes a statement about the law of the state in Islam.
- Classify the topics of property law in Islamic Law.
- With the emergence, development and historical problems.
- Have knowledge about current discussion topics of Islamic Law.
- Learn the place of Islamic Law in other law systems.
- To become knowledgeable about the classification of İslamic Law.
