The aim is to demonstrate, through examples, the methods of interpretation used by our scholars in verses related to legal rulings and how they were able to derive rulings from them.

How these verses should be understood.
Methods of interpreting these verses.
Ways of deriving legal rulings.

Course Learning Outcomes
- The ability to find solutions to current problems from main sources develops.
- It helps to analyze the current provisions of Islamic Law; has a solid foundation.
- When faced with a fiqh problem, he / she has the equipment to understand whether the information about its solution is included in the Quran.
- Understands the Quran, which is the most basic source of Islamic Law, how it is handled in law and how a law is produced from it.
- Gains knowledge of the verses of Ahkâm, their connections with each other, their number and place in Islamic Law.
