Course Objective

The aim of the course is to learn basic principles of neuropsychological assessment, to learn the usage areas, to learn the principles of application and to acquire the necessary knowledge for the infrastructure necessary for the application and interpretation of the neuropsychological tests to be taught in the second semester.

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. The relationship between brain and behavior can be explained by the functions of the brain, its connections, working principles and observable symptoms.
  2. The students can explain the difference between neuropsychological assessment and other assessment methods used by psychology.
  3. The students can separate neuropsychological assessment from other assessment methods.
