Course Objective
The aim of this course is to cover the topic of “Universal Basic Human Rights and Freedoms” from the perspective of Advanced Social Work Practice Areas in eclectic dimensions in the context of the Eco-System; What international social work practices draw attention to in global dimensions is handled with the application and sampling dimension.
Interpretations are made over different application areas of the services by taking into account the issues that social services cover grandmothers in a theoretical sense and advanced social work applications. Social work; industrialization, industrialization, digitalization, and economic developments affect human life for a reason, bio-psycho-social beings, human beings have been instrumentalized and devalued within the scope of existing systems for a reason, and advanced social work practices can cause improvements in these birches are discussed.
The human being, which is a microorganism, is considered with its mezzo and macro national and international dimensions in the context of the determined curriculum and evaluated from the perspective of advanced social work applications. In this context, the perspective of social work; health, psychology, and artistic aspects in a disciplinary sense are taken into account, social work issues developed in the army/military, courthouses and prisons, in the art and cinema sector, nature and animals are among the studies that are Decisively important.
Course Content
The content of this course; What is the “Advanced Social Work Application Areas”? The importance of Eco-System relations in the subject of ”Universal Basic Human Rights and Freedoms", How human, social and environmental sensitivity is developed in international social work practices. What kind of applications are there in the field of social work outside of Turkey?
What are the differences in the areas of advanced social work practice and in what way it is applied? What kind of social service work is needed when living together with the individual /human life, religion/spirituality, society/environment, and nature/nature, which are transformed and improved by rapid industrialization, industrialization, digitalization, and economic rapid developments? In advanced social services, disciplinary social services can approach the problems of society by developing new types of instruments. The issues of how advanced social work practices at micro, mezzo, and macro levels can strengthen individuals, families, institutions, and society, and how new approaches will bring innovations and focus on different solutions are discussed.

SHZ 408 / “Advanced Areas of Social Work Practice“ courses; Students will come to the course as preliminary preparation, taking into account the contents that have been given the “Preliminary Preparation" titles specified for the next week.
SHZ 408 / “Advanced Areas of Social Work Practice“ courses will be accessible from the ”Materials" section of the KBS (Campus Information System) after the completion of each course.

Reminders About Attending Classes:
• There is a 70% attendance/participation requirement for this related course.
• Until the midterm exam (8 Dec. The course attendances remaining below 70% of the week will be deducted as (-10%) based on the determined course grade.
• Until the midterm exam (8 Dec. If the course participation is below 50% (weekly), a deduction will be made based on the determined course grade (-20%).
• Until the final exam (16. Week) The student's homework may be considered invalid if the total attendance of the two semesters is below 70% and the total attendance rate remains below 70% without any excuse (a valid report). In this case, the fact that the student has taken part in a group will not be considered a sufficient reason.
