Course Objective

The course aims to provide participants with the basic knowledge and competencies in management, organization, management and leadership. In the light of the development of management thinking and theories over time, it aims to provide knowledge and skills on organizational structure, organizational culture, internal mechanisms, strategy, leadership, communication and change management. In addition, the course deals with current concepts with examples.

Course Content

Within the scope of the course, the concept of management, which started with the classical management process and evolved to the present day with contemporary management theories, organizational structure, organizational culture, intra-organizational power mechanisms etc. will be examined in detail within the framework of the internal elements of the organization and its non-organizational environmental elements.
