Course Objective

The aim of the course is to teach the students to determine the quantity in the post-training applications and especially in the restoration works, to make the estimation and progress payment calculations in accordance with the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 and the relevant legislation, to know the difference between the tender types, to know the approximate cost of the construction, progress payment arrangements, account summary, final account preparation and analysis. to train as employees who know how to do.

Course Content

General Information and Definitions/Preparation of Tender Files Related to Restoration Projects/Preparation of Quantity and On-Site Attachments on the Project/Dismantling Works/Precautions to be Taken to Avoid Damage to Documentary Material during Dismantling/Construction Quantities/Unit Price Analysis of Artifacts/Exploration Summaries/Dismantling Quantities taken during the Repair and Installation of Documents and Documentary Materials / Summary of Discovery, Comparative Discovery and Progress Payment / Explanation of Legal Problems Depending on the Quantity and Unit Price.

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. Knows unit price types and unit price calculations,
  2. It can define quantity and discovery, make quantity and prepare survey over the restoration project and the production as a result of the application.
  3. Distinguish between the tender types used in the construction of the new building and the tender types used in the restoration applications,
  4. Using the green ledger and attachment book information, you can arrange the progress payments belonging to a project manually or in a progress payment program,
  5. Knows the provisional and final acceptance procedures and what to do in case of incomplete or faulty conditions,
