Course Objective

The aim of this course is to examine the concept of urban interior in public space.

Course Content

Public urban spaces will be examined with their visible and invisible dimensions. The concept of urban furniture, which is one of the elements of the urban interior, will be discussed.

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. Learning the concept of public interior
  2. To learn the definitions, purpose and qualities of the concept of urban interior, which is included in the scope of public urban spaces.
  3. Investigation of the interaction with the public urban space and society in the design process of the urban interior.
