Course Objective
The main objective of the course is to provide students with the basic knowledge about natural and non-natural disasters that have been increasing their influence all over the world.
Course Content
Disaster culture briefly; It is a concept that tells the individuals about all kinds of natural events and how they can be overcome with minimum damage, what kind of studies can be done before and after disasters. The course aims to educate students not as disaster experts, but as individuals who know how to learn about disasters and share this information with others. The course covers all natural and non-natural disasters and measures to be taken for the least damage to these disasters.

- Students learn the reasons that turn nature events into a disaster.
- Have detailed information about all disasters.
- Acquire disaster culture and sensitivity.
