Course Objective
The aim of this course is to determine the prospective teachers; to be able to use materials and design principles through instructional technologies efficiencially.
Course Content
Instructional technologies as communication tools; teaching analysis; learning-teaching tools, materials and materials; teaching material selection process; visual design principles and elements; message design principles; principles of design and development of materials; course material development approaches; visual, audio-visual and audio-visual material development; interactive material development; use of current applications in material design; development of educational material and evaluation of its effectiveness.

- Explain the relationship between teaching and communication technology.
- Understands the importance of using tools and materials in teaching and the connection between learning.
- Knows the principles of material design.
- Knows the points to be considered in material selection.
- Designs, develops and evaluates educational materials in accordance with design principles.
