Course Objective
The aim is to support preschool teacher candidates in learning and understanding the actual program components they will use while practicing their teaching profession, and in developing their own teaching style over time by doing exercises for planning applications.
Course Content
Course introduction and information on its operation, objectives of preschool education and preschool education programs implemented in Türkiye from past to present, introduction and basic principles of the Maarif Model Preschool Education Program, Field skills (Turkish, mathematics, science, social sciences, art, music, movement, and health) in the Maarif Model Preschool Education Program, other components of the Maarif Model Preschool Education Program, planning and implementing the maarif model preschool education program, learning environments and types of activities in the Maarif Model Preschool Education Program, monthly education plan and ıts features, daily plan and ıts features; recognizing, evaluating and reporting the child in the Maarif Model Preschool Education Program, planning and presenting activities appropriate to the maarif model preschool education program.
