Course Objective
Providing the students the basics informatrion about Turkish Education System and getting comprehend basic dimentions of school management to students as practicing.
Course Content
This lesson includes basic dimention and steps of Turkish Education System. Student learns basic dimentions of school management and solve case studies as practicing.

- Explain the basic theories of education and school management.
- The position and function of the education system that the task will take place in the country system.
- Knows the school and its stakeholders.
- It examines the structure and functioning of the school,
- Teaching career paths and ascension rules.
- Express the duties, responsibilities and sanctions regarding the teaching profession
