Course Objective
The aim of this course is to provide the basic knowledge about the education law. In this process, teacher candidates acquire historical information about the process of education as a right and responsibility for all segments of society. In the meantime they witness the development of legal texts.

The relationship between education and law, the inclusion of education in legal texts, the relationship between education and law in ancient cultures and civilizations

- Students will learn the relationship between the first legal regulations and education in the contemporary sense
- Students will be able to gain knowledge about modern education and law, rights and responsibilities
