Course Objective

1-To give information about the main sources and history of child law, protection of child by public law, child's position in civil law, social aid, security and labor law.

2) To become lawyers who can work in the field of juvenile law.

3) To guide lawyers who want to improve themselves in advocating for children's rights.

Course Content

Teaching and discussing the basic information about child law. Analyzing the decisions related to child law from practice. Teaching the legal regulations that dominate children's law

Attendance to the Course: Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University Undergraduate Education and Training Regulation
Article 21 - (1) Students at the University; Within one semester, they are obliged to attend theoretical courses 70% and applied courses 80%. Each instructor checks the obligation to attend classes according to these principles.
