Course Objective

The aim of this course is the techniques used in students, business management, personnel selection; career planning, career development, performance evaluation and management of the organization; trainings that support the personal development of employees and managers (time management, effective communication, conflict resolution, sensitivity training, leadership training, etc.). gaining knowledge and skills on issues.
