Course Objective

To teach the importance of social skills in the communication process and to teach the social skills in individuals to be developed through training programs.

Course Content

 

 

 

Basic concepts of social skills; social intelligence, social competence, social skills models, model of social skills, producer social skills model, three systems approach, self-presentation approach. Elements of social skills: Verbal, nonverbal, motor-gesture elements. Introducing social skills scales and preparing a social skills training program. .
