Course Objective

Enable students to master fundamental grammatical rules to understand and analyze Arabic both orally and in writing, and to apply them in comprehending texts and formulating correct sentences.

Course Content

In this course students are taught the main Arabic Grammar rules and language structures, and how to use them actively in text analysis, written and oral expression.

Explanations

  • The minimum attendance requirement is 70%.

  • Using mobile phones during the lesson is prohibited.

  • Office hours: Monday: 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM, and Wednesday: 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM.

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. Student will be able to distinguish and use the main and secondary elements that make up the language structure of Arabic in terms of shape and meaning.
  2. Student can use rules to analyze text sentences.
  3. Students can use the rules actively in written expression.
