Course Objective
The aim of the course is to show the people who will work (working) in enterprises whose internal and external environmental conditions are changing rapidly and who have to innovate and gain superiority over their competitors in order to survive in accordance with this change, to show systematically what these enterprises should do to achieve their goals and to show the way how and by which methods the problems encountered in practice can be solved.
