Course Objective

The aim of the course is to show the people who will work (working) in enterprises whose internal and external environmental conditions are changing rapidly and who have to innovate and gain superiority over their competitors in order to survive in accordance with this change, to show systematically what these enterprises should do to achieve their goals and to show the way how and by which methods the problems encountered in practice can be solved.

Strategic Planning and Basic Philosophy of Management Development of management thought and management functions; Basic Concepts Freedom (Vision) / Mission (Mission) / Strategy / Policy and Other Concepts; The Scope and History of Strategic Planning and Management; Process and Stages of Strategic Management; Strategic Management Thinking; Strategy Development Process and Strategic Analysis; Purposes / Social Responsibility; Analysis of the External Environment: Hazards and Opportunities; Analysis of Internal Environment (Business): Advantages and Weaknesses; Business and External Environment Interaction (SWOT Analysis); Analysis of Strategic Alternatives and Strategy Selection: Portfolio Analysis; Midterm Exam; Major Business Strategies; Application and Control of Strategies; Strategy Implementation Process / Strategy and Organizational Structures; Strategy and Technology / Strategy and Organizational Culture / Strategic Leadership; Evaluation of Strategic Results and Control; Crisis Period Applications; Presentation and evaluation of business analysis
