Course Objective
This course provides the theoretical and business life background on organizational development and growth. It aims to teach the basic concepts and values of organizational change and development and the development processes and activities carried out within this framework. In the context of organizational development practices and case studies, for example; individual development tools, team building, effective feedback, leading and managing change, employee engagement and commitment will be demonstrated.
Course Content
Institutional environments of organizations, organizational populations, organizational change, designing organizational change, the relationship of organizational change with the concepts of culture, power, leadership, innovation, learning organizations and change management techniques will be discussed on the axis of the concept of organizational change in the digital age.
