ISL 442 - Yatırım Analizi ve Portföy Yönetimi

Bu dersin amacı, modern portföy kuramı çerçevesinde yatırım yönetiminin temellerini öğrencilere aktarmaktır. Buna ek olarak bireysel yatırımcıların yatırım kararlarında dikkat etmeleri gereken hususlar vurgulanacaktır.

Bu dersin içeriği risk ve getiri, portföy teorisi, varlık değerleme modelleri, etkin piyasalar gibi teorik konuların yanında teknik analiz, hisse senedi portföyü yönetimi ve tahvil portföyü yönetimi gibi pratik yatırım analizi konularından oluşmaktadır.
